Registration begins for 2009 projects. Groups may register without a deposit until February 1. |

Deposits due for Spring Break Projects. |

|
A deposit of $50.00 per person registered is due on or before February 1. (Exception: Spring Break Projects) All registrations after February 1 must include deposits. No deposits will be refunded or transferred to balance after that date. |

Balance payments are due for March Spring Break projects. |

March 1, 2009

|
Balance payments are due for April Spring Break projects. |

May 1, 2009
|
|
Pay the balance of fees on or before May 1 if your project starts in June. Delinquency in payment may cause your group to be dropped or placed on a waiting list. |

Each project is open on a first-come, first-served basis. Add-ons to your project registration will be allowed only as space is available.
- Balances are refundable up to 30 days before your project starts. All requests for refunds, including crew chief refunds, must be submitted in writing to the address below or by email.
- No refunds are available for late arrival to or early departure from the project.
