World Changers Payment Policy for 2010 Group Leaders may register online beginning August 1st, 2009, with no money due at time of registration until January 15th, 2010. (Exception: Hawaii project which requires a $60 deposit when you register - Nonrefundable and nontransferable to final balance.) Initial Deposit - January 15th, 2010 - $60.00 per person. After January 15th, 2010, all deposits are nonrefundable and non transferable to final balance. First Payment to balance – March 15th, 2010 - $60 per person Final Balance - Pay the balance on your account on or before May 1st, 2010 or June projects. June 1st, 2010 for July projects. Final balances are refundable up to 30 days before your project starts. EXCEPTION: Deposits are due for Spring Break LAUNCH projects on December 1st, 2009. Final balances are due February 1st, 2010 for March projects. March 1st, 2010 for April projects. ALL Crew Chiefs, Supervisors, Runners and First Aid Coordinators registered with a church group will pay a $60.00 nonrefundable fee.
