From August 1st - January 15th you may register your group with no deposit at time of registration. A $60 per person deposit for the number of participants you register must be postmarked no later than January 15th, 2010. All deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable to the balance after that date. A first payment of $60 toward balance is due for each participant on March 15th, 2010.

Exception: Deposits for Spring LAUNCH projects are due December 1st, 2009. Deposits for the Hawaii project are due when you register.

After January 15th, 2010, all new group registrations must include a $60.00 per-person deposit in order to register your group. Each project is open on a first-come, first-served basis.

Final balance payments are refundable up to 30 days before your project starts. This does not include the initial deposit or first payment to balance.

ALL Crew Chiefs, Supervisors, Runners and First Aid Coordinators coming with a Church Group will pay a $60.00 non-refundable fee.
