be a summer staffer
“Here am I, send me!” We’ve heard the story of Isaiah’s calling. We’ve felt the tug on our hearts from the Lord to serve Him. But many of us don’t know where to begin. World Changers summer staff is a great place to start. Spending a summer serving God through World Changers Summer Staff is hard work, but it’s also deeply rewarding. World Changers gives you the chance to be on the front lines of missions throughout North America, serving the Lord through using your talents and gifts to minister to others. You also get a chance to pour into the students and adults who come to World Changers seeking to serve others and share the gospel. The way God can use you in someone else’s life cannot be understated.

If you desire to take a step of faith and give God your summer, then World Changers Summer Staff is a great place to serve!

"Having the opportunity to serve with World Changers this Summer was an experience nothing short of phenomenal. The way that I was able to interact with students and see them grow in their own walks with Christ was a true inspiration and motivation for me, even on the days when sleep was scarce. Being a first time Summer staffer, I had no idea what to expect, but each and every single one of my expectations and preconceptions of what the Summer was going to be were surpassed within the first week. The friendships that I built with my fellow staffers and the people that I met at various projects are relationships that will hopefully withstand the test of time. I can’t wait to (hopefully) staff again next year!"
-Forrest Parker (Music Leader Summer 2021)
"Staffing this summer grew me in every way possible. I was able to grow into a leadership position taking care of people from every age and background, while connecting with them in meaningful ways. I learned communication and how to work with people who were very different than me. I loved every second of staffing and hope that future staffers make the most of this unique and amazing experience!"
